How long until my mug arrives?
Usually 4 to 9 business days. We print it, then ship from the hub closest to you. Within Australia it’s quicker, overseas a touch longer. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship to?
Everywhere. Our print partner has hubs in over 30 countries, so a mug ordered in Melbourne prints in Melbourne, a mug ordered in Manchester prints in Manchester. Faster, greener, cheaper shipping.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes to both. The prints are properly fired onto the ceramic, so they don’t fade in the dishwasher or the microwave. Hand washing is fine too if you’re that way inclined.
What if my mug turns up broken?
Take a photo and email us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement free of charge. No forms, no arguing.
Can I return a mug if I change my mind?
Because every mug is printed to order specifically for you, we can’t take it back if you just don’t fancy it any more. If it arrived damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, that’s on us and we’ll fix it straight away.
Can you put my cow on a mug?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. In the meantime, drop us an email with a good photo of your cow and we might put her in a future drop.
