How it works
When you order, your mug prints at the production hub closest to your delivery address. That means a mug ordered in Brisbane prints in Brisbane. One ordered in Berlin prints in Berlin. Less flying around the planet, quicker to your kitchen.
Timing
- Australia: 4 to 7 business days
- New Zealand: 5 to 8 business days
- UK, Europe, North America: 5 to 9 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 12 business days
Each estimate includes the 1 to 3 days it takes us to print the mug. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
Costs
Flat rates based on destination. Free shipping on Australian orders over $80 AUD. International shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
If something goes wrong
Package arrives damaged, print is off, wrong mug turns up? Photo it, email hello@moomugs.au within 14 days, and we’ll send a replacement at our expense.
